Kaizen practitioners

Andrea O' Shea

Founder and owner of Kaizen

Andrea, has been in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years. Hailing from beautiful Ireland, Andrea completed six diplomas in Dublin, including: two Beauty Therapy Diplomas - C.I.B.T.A.C and C.I.D.E.S.CO, as well as Diplomas in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Electrolysis, Media and Theatrical Make-up.

Despite having a wealth of experience in the wellness industry behind her, Andrea often felt like there was something missing on her journey. After providing countless relaxing massages and facials, what Andrea truly desired was to get to the ‘real issue’ behind the muscles tension and skin issues her clients faced.

What helped Andrea come to this epiphany was when she discovered Kinesiology – the study of the mechanics of body movements. She knew it worked for herself and she knew it was going to make a world of difference when it came to treating her clients. With fierce passion and determination, Andrea decided she wanted to bring this powerful practice to her clinic. She went on to receive her Cert IV in PKP Kinesiology, which was a major and inspiring turning point in her career. She found her calling from her passion and desire to help people transform their lives.

Andrea is not only skilled and experienced in Kinesiology, but she has also worked across some of Sydney’s best spas and medispas, both as a therapist and manager. This gave her incredible insight, knowledge and experience into the health and wellness industry and has helped her evolve and really understand a variety of treatments, products, technologies and the amazing benefits they can provide clients.

Something that truly sets Andrea and Kaizen apart from other health clinics is her in-depth understanding of the body and its systems. She is constantly studying and partaking in advance courses to expand her knowledge. She just finished her diploma in Heartfelt leadership which has added another dimension to her healing sessions. This means that a treatment from Andrea at Kaizen is always fresh, beneficial and professional. Andrea’s greatest mission is to help her clients achieve a life of balance and wellness by releasing stress and anxiety and helping you move forward to achieve a full and inspired life.

With the combined knowledge of the body and overall health and well-being, your treatment with Andrea will be one you never forget. Andrea will work with you to create continuous improvements deep within the skin, body and your inner-being, leaving you looking and feeling rejuvenated inside and out.
